Working notes on early Finnish print history (1642–1827)

I am a research librarian at a small special-collection in Turku. Most of my time is spent cataloguing devotional pamphlets and ABC-books from the period between the first Finnish New Testament (Mikael Agricola, 1548) and the great Turku fire.

This page is mostly a placeholder. Once a quarter I publish a short essay on whatever I have been unable to stop thinking about — most recently, the typography of provincial almanacs printed in Vyborg in the 1790s.
